Post breakfast and check-out you’ll be transfer to Rishikesh. Early morning during the beautiful sunrise you will also visit Har-ki-pauri to attend the Morning Prayer. Here you can take a bath on the sacred river Ganga. Later continue the drive to Rishikesh. It is not just an average spiritual getaway-this place is literally the Yoga Capital of the World.
Visit Laxman jhula, legends says Laxman (from Ramayana) crossed the Ganga here on a Jute Rope. Other places to be visit in Rishikesh are: - Laxman Temple, Trambakeshwar, Ramjhula, Gita bhawan & Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Rishikesh was part of the legendry “Kedarkhand” mentioned in the Skanda Purana.
