Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Bangalore
Upon your arrival from Bangalore airport or railway, you will meet our representative and He will assist you to your pre-booked hotel in Banglore. After freshen-up you will have a half day city tour of Banglore including botanical gardens of Lal Bagh, Tipu Sultan’s Palace, Taurus temple and Vidhana Soudha of Bangalore. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Bangalore – Mysore by road (125kms/ 3-4hrs approx.)
Post breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and later transfer by road to Mysore. On the way you will have a short trip to Srirangapatna and Somnathpur to visit the ruins of Tipu Sultan of the capital and the temple of Keshava. On arrival you will check-in your hotel and later follow the half day city tour of Mysore including the visit Vrindavan Gardens, art gallery Chamarajendra, Maharaja Palace's and St. Philomena's church. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Mysore - Hassan by road (110kms/ 2-3hrs approx.)
Post breakfast check-out drive by road to Hassan. Hassan is a city and the district headquarters of Hassan district in the Indian state of Karnataka. The village is situated 980 m above sea level. It is named after the Hasanamba temple. On arrival you will be visiting Lakshmi Narsimha Temple, Kedareshwar Temple, and Hoysala Temples and Later check-in your hotel. Later you will have an excursion tour Halebid and Belur. These ancient temples are famous for thier Hoysalaya Temple. Halebid temples was ruined twice by Bahmani Sultante. It is finest example of Hoysala workmanship in lavish Kedareswara and Hoysaleswara temples. Belur is famous for its Chennakeshava temple which is one of the finest examples of Hoysala style architecture. This temple is locally referred to as Kalasagar for its breathtaking carvings and fine sculptures. The beauty is so expressive that one can feel life inside these non-living stone structures. Later return back to your hotel and overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Hassan - Sharvanabelagoa - Bangalore airport by road (200kms/3-4hrs approx.)
Post breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and later you will be tranfer to Banglore airport via visiting the famous jain temple Shravanabelagola. This temple is famous for its Gomateshwara Temple also known as Bahubali Temple. Shravanabelagola has two hills, Vindhyagiri and Chandragiri. The 58 feet tall monolithic statue of Bahubali is located on Vindhyagiri Hill. Later you will be transferred to Banglore airport.
